• Premonition- Penny inherited the power of premonition from her mother and grandmother. She is able to concentrate and forsee the outcome of a certain event that has yet to happen.
• Relationship Manipulation- This power is an advancement of Penny's mother's power of relational suggestion. This advancement lets Penny break or strengthen bonds between two people mentally. The relationship also doesn't have to be romantic for this power to work well.
